  • Medicaid Expansion in North Dakota
  • Fox-Boerner estimate increase in Medicaid spending for AIANs (North Dakota) of $43 million if all currently and newly eligible are enrolled after 2014.  This includes both payments to Indian health programs and Specialists and Hospitals.
